I had a break down about 3 weeks ago, Charlie ' s driver came in a timely manner, took my car to the shop for diagnostics, and I got a call later from the shop basically saying it needed a major repair job.... well needless to say Charlie ' s Towing went back and got my car from the shop and brought it to my home!! Two trips in one day.... both times with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Couldn't have asked for any better people, I highly recommend this company, for towing, lock outs, jump starts, etc!!! (Well the etc...you know... lol)
